At Taco Cabana, we believe in fresh food and great service. With our four locations conveniently located across Albuquerque and our 24 hour schedule, we are too good to pass up.

Fajitas are prepared on the grill right before your eyes. Chicken or beef fajitas served on a skillet with grilled onions.

All of our salsas are made fresh daily. The salsa bar is self serve so enjoy the freshest and most flavorful salsas in town.

Taco Cabana ABQ believes in providing the best fast casual dinning experience. Every plate is individually prepped and made when ordered. Your time is valuable and your business is valuable to us.

Taco Cabana ABQ first came to Albuquerque New Mexico in 1994. We are currently locally owned and operated. The owners believe in making everything from scratch and adapting to environment. Traditionally, Taco Cabana ABQ served a Tex Mex cuisine which consisted of heavy spice, flavorful meats and fresh salsas. We realized quickly we need to incorporate a few more items to our menu: posole, carne adovada and green chile, green chile, green chile! Our blend of the two cuisines has been well received and we thank you Albuquerque for letting us experiment with tradition.

Every item is made fresh; we pride ourselves on that. Our menu is extensive and the combinations are endless. Menudo, lengua and barbacoa are some of the items for the hardcore foodies and for those more conservative food lovers we have it all, just name it! We truly aim to make your experience with us an enjoyable one. Chayo has been with Taco Cabana ABQ over 15 years. She began working the tortilla station and has since become a certified chef within our organization. Her grandchildren and mariachi music are her favorite things.  

Maria Socorro Perez

Tortilla Station

In her 20 plus years with Taco Cabana ABQ, Socorro has made over 6 million tortillas. When she is not making tortillas, she is spending time with her family. Her youngest child just graduated from high school and she has several children in college now. 

Dulce Fernandez

Line Preparation

Dulce is the ultimate Taco Cabana ABQ employee. During her 20 plus years with our organization, she has mastered all stations of the restaurant. She takes great pride in plating and making sure the customers food comes out tasting and looking great.
